TD-SCDMA Handsets See Lackluster Sales

According to a Guangdong Mobile insider, since TD-SCDMA commercial trials started on April 1, only 2,000 customers have actually purchased handsets from outlets in Guangzhou and Shenzhen. This is ascribed to handset issues - including dropped connections, crashes, overheating and excessive power consumption.
