Giant to Launch Official Closed Beta

On the morning of December 13, the Giant Interactive Group announced that its free online game "Giant" would go into closed beta testing on December 29 without any deletion of existing user information or restrictions on the number of user accounts.
Editor's Note: Giant Interactive began unofficial closed beta testing of "Giant" from September 28th. During the trial, 2 different versions (e.g. different functions or different ways of passing levels) set in the same background and with the same free-to-play payment model were tested. The official closed beta at the end of December will run only one version that consolidates those features from the earlier two game versions for which initial feedback was positive.
