Yesterday a source at TCL Computer stated that rumors regarding TCL Computer selling an 82% stake to a Hong Kong company were not groundless and that a related announcement may be released shortly.
The acquisition reportedly includes a supplemental agreement which specifies that the TCL Corporation (000100.SZ) reserves priority buy-back rights of the shares.
