EMC Announces Business Strategy for Northeast China

In a launch ceremony earlier today, EMC, developer and provider of information infrastructure technology and solutions, announced its business strategy for Northeast China. The strategy comprises three main parts: 1) To establish an EMC branch in Shengyang to strengthen the region's customer service and assist traditional industries with innovation; 2) To work together with the labor and social security department of Liaoning province to promote the "Gold Guarantee" project; 3) To form an alliance between EMC College and Northeastern University to build and strengthen information technology disciplines in the Northeast, and to train personnel.
