Dell to Ship Linux PCs in China

Yesterday, Dell and Novell signed an agreement to ship SUSE Linux pre-installed on Dell's Optiplex 755 and 330 computers for enterprise clients. The computers will be available to Chinese customers from the 20th of this month. Marketing director of Dell China's Computer Products Division, Kan Xiaoquan, revealed that clients who purchased these computers would be given 60 days of free telephone support. After that, customers needing technical support would need to purchase a support subscription from Novell.
