AsiaInfo (Nasdaq: ASIA) announced today that it has reached an agreement with China Telecom (NYSE: CHA; 0728.HK) to develop a CRM system for China Telecom's Xinjiang subsidiary. The system will cover the 14 cities and regions of Xinjiang.
