An official with Chinese ERP producer Digital China Management Software (DCMS) has revealed joint ventures with local IT firms Kaina and Anlian in Heilongjiang and Anhui respectively. The move is designed to strengthen localization services. Each JV has registered capital in the tens of millions of yuan.
