Rumor: Tencent in Talks to Acquire Lottery Company

According to a source at Chinese lottery service operator China LotSynergy Holdings Limited (1371.HK), Chinese internet firm Tencent (0700.HK) is currently engaged in negotiations with LotSynergy's principle shareholders, Chen Cheng and company chairman Liu Ting, regarding an acquisition of LotSynergy. A final agreement is expected to be reached on June 10.
Tencent has not commented on the rumor.
LotSynergy's 2013 revenue was RMB 744 mln, up approximately 22.6% YoY from RMB 607 mln in 2012.
