iPad Mini, iPad 4 Receive Chinese Network Access Permits

Apple's 3G iPad Mini and iPad 4 have both obtained network access permits from the Telecommunication Equipment Certification Center of China's Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT), valid for three years.
According to the official MIIT website, The two terminals obtained network access permits on December 13, 2012 under the model numbers A1455 and A1460, including CDMA2000 (China Telecom (NYSE: CHA; 0728.HK)) and WCDMA (China Unicom (NYSE: CHU; 0762.HK; 600050.SH)).
The 3G iPad 4 retails for RMB 4,688 and up, while the 3G iPad Mini starts at RMB 3,488.
