CNZZ: Qihoo 360 Takes 10% of China's October Search Traffic

Chinese internet services and security software provider Qihoo 360 (NYSE: QIHU) saw its share of China's online search market, both in terms of page views (PV) and unique visits (UV), increase to almost 10% during the month of October, according to Alibaba Group's third-party web analytics subsidiary CNZZ. In September, Qihoo 360 held approximately 7.3% and 7.4% of the market by PVs and UVs, respectively. Baidu's share dropped from roughly 75% by both PV and UV in September to 73.0% by PV and 73.5% by UV in October. Google also lost share during the month, down from 5.1% and 5.2% by PV and UV, respectively, in September to 4.7% and 4.6% in October.
