LeTV Sues Youku Tudou for IPR Infringement

Chinese online video site LeTV (300104.SZ) has filed a RMB 80,000 IPR infringement lawsuit against online video site Youku Tudou (NYSE: YOKU) for reportedly illegally broadcasting the TV drama Eternal Moment, to which LeTV has exclusive online broadcasting rights, on the Youku iPhone mobile app. Beijing's Haidian District People's Court will hear the case.
