Mobile OS Developer Chuizi Completes RMB 70 Mln Series A

Beijing-based Chuizi Technology, developer of the "Smartisan" mobile operating system, recently completed first-round funding led by Buttonwood Capital, with Buttonwood contributing RMB 40 mln of the total 70 mln raised by the company. Luo Yonghao, founder of Chuizi, stated that the company now has an assessed value of RMB 470 mln.
According to Luo, Chuizi plans to release a handset product early next year.
