Rumor: Ourpalm to Acquire Playcrab

According to a knowledgeable source, Beijing-based mobile game developer Ourpalm (300315.SZ) may acquire mobile game developer Playcrab, developer of mobile card RPG Da Zhangmen, for close to RMB 2 bln. Ourpalm suspended trading of its shares on July 17, as the company, explained Ourpalm Chairman Yao Wenbin, began preparing to acquire an unnamed mobile gaming firm. The Android version of Da Zhangmen is operated by wireless telecommunications VAS provider Bewinner Communications's (002148.SZ) mobile game platform Gamecomb.

In April of this year, Da Zhangmen's monthly revenue reached RMB 27 mln.
