Enterprise Collaboration Software "Facishare" Lands Funding
Sina Tech, 6/04/13
Beijing-based enterprise collaboration software provider Yidong Facishare Technology announced today that it recently received Series A funding from various investors including IDG. The company also announced that it will change the name of its main project, the Facishare platform, to FXiaoke (unofficial translation). The platform currently has more than 12,000 enterprise clients.
FXiaoke is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) product for sales team management. Core functionality includes sales behavior management, sales process management, dynamic customer relations management (CRM), resource management and coordination management for sales, as well as mobile employee review and approval, and off-site "check-in" functionality.
Facishare was established in December 2011 by founder and CEO Luo Xu, former standing VP of the Beijing News, and a team including COO Li Quanliang and CTO Liu Chen. Yang Bin, a former VP of Chinese internet company Netease (Nasdaq: NTES) and one of the early investors in Facishare, joined the company as president in September 2012.
FXiaoke will migrate to Microsoft's Azure cloud services platform this year.
