Ourpalm to Acquire Browser Gaming Firm Dynamic Vanguard

Beijing-based mobile game developer Ourpalm (300315.SZ) announced today that it will acquire 100% of Haikou-based online game developer and operator Dynamic Vanguard Network Technology for RMB 810 mln in a combination of cash and stock.
Dynamic Vanguard earned revenues of RMB 152 mln in 2012, with a net profit of RMB 56.61 mln. In 2011, the company took in revenue of RMB 83.60 mln with net profit of RMB 14.47 mln.
In 2012, the company's browser games generated RMB 147 mln in revenue, an increase of 81.9% YoY.
