NetEase to Launch Online Dating Site

Chinese internet company NetEase (Nasdaq: NTES) has launched closed beta testing on a new online dating site, "Huatian". The site (love.163.com) began accepting applications for beta testers on November 8. The first batch of beta test members will be "lifetime free members," according to the company.

The company is looking to sign up Chinese companies to undergo beta testing of the product among all their employees.

According to a source, NetEase plans to launch iOS and Android versions of the site, initially covering five Chinese cities.
